Tanya Zimmerman, President of Neowise Management, brings over 30 years of industry experience and a reputation for strategic vision, operational expertise, and delivering exceptional service. Known as a fierce negotiator with a tireless work ethic and boundless enthusiasm, Tanya prioritizes her clients' needs and leads her team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Her experience includes overseeing all aspects of property management operations, developing an extensive professional network, and collaborating with architects and contractors to transform properties into beautiful, functional spaces.

Tanya has a keen eye for design. She has collaborated with architects and contractors to transform old and tired looking properties into beautiful, functional and impactful indoor and outdoor spaces at every property she has managed.

Prior to forming Neowise Management, Tanya held high-level positions in accounting, development, property management, student housing, acquisition, and refinancing at companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, Insignia ESG, and Harrison Properties.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
Tanya also is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker (DRE# 01881775).
