Move-in date must be within 2 weeks.

APPLICATION FEE:
The application screening fee is $40.00 per person and is non-refundable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

FICO SCORE:
Minimum FICO score of 700 or higher
No credit history must have Co-signer of a fico score over 750.
Co-signer’s monthly income must equal to 5 times the amount of rent.

PROOF OF INCOME:
3 months paystubs if employed. 2 years of tax returns if self-employed.
3 months of bank statements.

INCOME REQUIREMENTS:
Monthly income must equal to 2 ½ times the monthly rent.

IDENTIFICATION:
You must have government-issued photo identification.
